The Mustangs traveled to Ithaca on Tuesday night for a showdown with the yellowjackets. The Mustangs would stampede out to an early double digit lead, but let their foot off the gas and allow the Yellowjackets to close the gap to 3 at the half. The Mustangs came out of halftime with a renewed energy and outscored the Yellowjackets 26-4 in the third quarter, and were able to seal a 66-42 victory. Mason Bogart scored 20 points and had 3 steals. Noah Carlson scored 12 points and had 10 rebounds. Brayden Foster had 8 points and 5 rebounds. Ethan Greene scored 10 points and had 5 assists and 4 steals. Bryce Willis scored 9 points had 6 assists and 5 rebounds. Carson Mayer added 6 points as well. The Mustangs are now 2-0 on the season and travel to Breckenridge on Thursday night. Jv tip is at 5:30.
